The server saves a copy of all the data every day, right before the first change of the day, and keeps it for 30 days. Each daily backup is the data as it was at the end of the previous working day. You can download a backup, or put back one page's data (or all of it) if something goes wrong. Before any restore, the current data is backed up too, so a restore can be undone.
